On December 27, 2024, the fourth working meeting of the 16th Council of the Unsaturated Polyester Resin Branch of the China Synthetic Resin Association was successfully held in Suzhou Economic Development Zone, Anhui Province.

The meeting fully communicated and exchanged views on the positive development trend of the unsaturated polyester resin industry in 2024 in terms of market size, technological progress, policies and regulations, market competition and development trends. At the same time, it also reminds enterprises to pay attention to the challenges and pressures facing the industry, strengthen technological innovation and brand building, and improve product quality and service level to cope with market changes and competition.

After the forum, Lu Xudong, president of Fangxin Resin Group, led the presidents to visit the project site of Fangxin Resin (Anhui) Co., Ltd. in Suzhou Economic development Zone, Anhui Province. Through visiting the project site, the president units of the association have a more intuitive recognition of the production scale, technical level and product quality control of Fangxin resin. The leaders of the Association are full of expectations for the 500,000-ton high-performance resin new material project of Fangxin Resin (Anhui) Co., LTD., which will be put into production in 2025. It is believed that this project will have a positive impact on the development of the unsaturated polyester resin industry.

In addition, the president of the association visited the Suzhou Planning Exhibition Hall, and had a deep understanding of the urban planning, economic development, history and culture of Suzhou, and had a deeper recognition of the development prospects of Suzhou.
