At 8:18 a.m. on July 16, 2026, a significant moment occurred within the factory premises of Fangxin Resin (Anhui) Co., Ltd.: The production boiler successfully ignited and began to heat up. All kinds of production raw materials were steadily and orderly added in accordance with standardized processes, and the entire process ran smoothly with all process parameters meeting the standards. The successful ignition and feeding of this boiler marked the official full entry of Fangxin Resin's Anhui production base into the trial production stage, and the project construction achieved a decisive victory.

The project of Fangxin Resin (Anhui) Co., Ltd. was officially started on May 22, 2024, and has been ongoing for a full two years. During the construction period, all the company's employees worked hard to overcome difficulties and coordinated efforts to carry out the construction of the foundation, equipment installation, pipeline laying, DCS automation system debugging, and safety and environmental protection supporting projects. At the same time, they worked together with dozens of partners such as the general contractor, equipment suppliers, design institutes, and industry supporting units, coordinating their efforts, setting deadlines, and conducting battle plans, efficiently solving various difficult problems in the chemical project construction, such as process integration, safety control, and environmental protection support. They completed all the infrastructure and equipment installation and commissioning work with high standards and achieved the trial production target on schedule.

To ensure the smooth and flawless operation of this furnace ignition and material feeding process, the company has previously established a dedicated driving team, formulated a comprehensive driving plan, operation procedures, and emergency response plan, and organized all personnel involved in process, equipment, safety, and instrumentation and electrical fields to conduct multiple rounds of practical training and process simulations. Before the start of production, all equipment in the plant was tested individually, pipeline tightness tests were conducted, and comprehensive safety hazard inspections were carried out to cover all areas. The safety production management standards for chemical production were strictly implemented to establish a safety production bottom line, ensuring that the entire process of furnace ignition, temperature rise, and material feeding is safe, controllable, and carried out in a stable and orderly manner.
